TRIBUTE TO THE OCEAN
The sun crawls back
Soft light
Wet hands
One more day's finale
Stand up
Quick yet calm
It's all so tranquill
So husted
From the hot midday sun
To that soft midnight breeze
Time consumes
All that it helps hatch
Feelings pass
My love stands
Years have elapsed
My love stands
A sequence of waves crash
Yet a wave
Always
My eyes catch
Night comes
Covering all in black
People retreat
To a slumber deep
Break of dawn
Light supreme
Still healing
From the erosion movement brings
Light absorbs
All that it reveals
Me
And you
Flashback
To days past
Life still beats
Another world, another me
Time wears on
My love grows
Light casts a shadow on
My love glows
All is there
All that I left
Or was I thrown?
So vividly pure, so aware
Was I thrown?
Afraid
Another self
Existing on its own
Faces I forgot
Awake
Places I dumped
Ablaze
Observing myself from above
No trajectory between I and him
Disconnected nodes
On a graph sparse
Filled with guild
I peek
Memories long stacked
What is there to track?
Consumed by nostalgia
Pieces of a puzzle incomplete
Aren't we but the waves?
That crash upon our feet
